=====SPECIAL NOTICE - Inverse Weather Arrangement=====
On Race Day at 5:30am, only typhoon No.8 or above / red or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, the race will be cancelled. Announcement will be made immediately here Staff will also stand by at the starting point.
During the race, the above mentioned situation, the race will be terminated immediately, and staff on the way will inform all participants to stay at a safe place.
For other situation, HKDRC will depend on the safety of participants whether continue the race or not. Participants should be well prepared in case of rain, shelter is not provided nearby.

Application Status Checking
Runners could log-in at www.hkdrc-race.com --> "Review Application Status" at the left bottom corner to check your race no. and status.
Shuttle Arrangement**
Due to the clashes of events, about 5 races are held on the same day i.e. 3 Nov. 2013, the Transportation Company could not retain buses for us till the finish of the event, only SINGLE JOURNEY is provided.
Shuttles are arranged at 4 location & time as below:
6:15 am - City Hall, Central
6:15 am - Electric Road, Tin Hau MTR Station Exit A2
6:30 am - Somerest Road, Kowloon Tong MTR Station
6:30 am - YMCA, Hankow Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
Runners are reminded to arrive on time, as shuttles will be departed sharply. Shuttle is for first-come-first served basis, for late comers or who cannot catch the shuttle, please travel by MTR to Tai Po Market Station at take minibus or taxi to Tai Mei Tuk.

Please DOWNLOAD HERE (Final on 31 Oct) to check whehter your name(s) is/are onlist. Runners who did not pick up race pack at RacingThePlanet should pick up at the race venue (Registration Counter) on the race day (3 Nov). Runners are reminded to bring along with your ID card and arrive earlier to avoid long queuing.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Remember to bring your number bib along to the race. NO SUBSTITUTION IS ALLOWED IN CASE OF LOST OF RUNNER’S CLOTH. Runners will also be disqualified with dishonest behaviour without prior notice.

We provide our best services for you to run this Zero Emission Course. Souvenirs that are Green and Sustainable including T-shirt, towel, environmental cutlery set, organic vegetable, finisher medal and gift bag are offered for each runner. WE HOPE YOU DO THE BEST YOU CAN ON THE RACE DAY.
Endorsed by HKDRC and sponsors, Certificate for Hong Kong Green Runner 2013 can be provided upon request. (HKD30@) It will be mailed to you one month after the race.
Several items of environmental souvenirs will be sold on discount on the race day, including Lucky Plant, Solar Torch, T-shirt, Foldable Water Bottle, Run Counter, Coffee Mug and Souvenir Badge. Part of the income will be allocated for continous development of Green Races.
