1. HKDRC x SEAM 41^st Mount Butler ( Heritage ) Race Received Overwhelming Support.

香港長跑會 x SEAM 第41屆畢拿山 ( 古蹟 ) 越野賽 2017 – 取得參賽者熱烈反應。

2. In just 2 weeks, the online registration reaches to 1000 excluding those mail entry applications. We will review the present entry quota and make decision soon.

網上報名開始至今2星期，已登記超過1000名參賽者，此名額尚沒有計算採用郵寄申請。本會將評估目前定出名額上限，短期內決定調整可行性。

5. The HKDRC x SEAM 41^st Mount Butler ( Heritage ) Race ( 9 April 2017 ) is open to accept entry applications. The applications can be made either :-

1) By online registration through www.hkdrc-race.com  ( Direct complete form online )

2) By post : HKDRC G.P.O. Box 10368, Hong Kong ( Download entry form from www.hkdrc.org complete and mail form )

2017年香港長跑會x SEAM 第41屆畢拿山( 古蹟 ) 越野賽現已公開接受報名。申請報名參賽可循下列途徑：

一．網上報名 - www.hkdrc-race.com ( 已於2017年1月4日啟動，現可直接網上報名 )

二．郵寄報名 – 香港長跑會 郵政信箱 10368 號 (  於網頁www.hkdrc.org 下載報名表，填寫連同支票郵寄 )

HKDRC x SEAM 41st Mount Butler (Heritage) 15K Race 2017 Entry Form

Quota for each category is limited, if applied category is full upon receipt of the entry form, runners will be arranged to "Open" Category without further notice, and all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. To make sure you are on the desired category, you are recommended to register online at www.hkdrc-race.com, processing time for mail registration is 5-7 days.

2017年第41屆香港長跑會xSEAM畢拿山(古蹟)15公里跑 - 報名表 每組分配名額有限，如收到閣下的報名表時，報名的組別已滿，跑手將會自動分配至"公開組"以不作另行通知，不得異議，所有已繳費用不獲退回。如欲確保自己能參與某組別賽事，大會建議跑手直接於網上報名www.hkdrc-race.com，郵寄報名處理時間為5-7天。

6. The entry fee for each individual application is HK$230.- and for each team of 4 runners is HK$920.- by 16 March 2017. Your entry fee has included single shuttle bus fare to the race venue. The time limit for finish the run is 3hours.

個人組別報名費是HK$230.- 隊伍4人組別的報名費是HK$920.- 報名費已包括參賽者乘坐巴士前往比賽場地之費用，賽程限於3小時內完成。

7. Green Work for Green Race 推動綠色賽事工作  

7.1 All registered participants are entitled to 12 items sustainable souvenirs ( T-shirt, Cool Towel, Finisher Medal, Fan, Race Number Belt, Lucky Plant, Lite Hand Towel, Massage Oil, Mosquito Soil, Foldable Water Bottle, Salonsip Pain Relief Patch, Perskindol Gel, ANGEL Household Filtration set and Gift Bag.

7.2 Certificates with name and results endorsed by the Organizer and Sponsors for Green Runner 2016 will be issued upon request

8. Running Seminars by AFTC 免費講座

Two Running Seminars on ‘Running Technique’ will be conducted by AFTC in February and March. Selected participants shall be notified by email and telephone reminder. 

AFTC亞洲運動及體適能治療中心於2月及3月份免費提供2 課堂給已經登記參賽的參賽者，課程名稱” 跑步技術“，名額有限，先到先得。

The HKDRC x SEAM 41^st Mount Butler ( Heritage ) Race 2017 is an important annual event to running athletes in Hong Kong. The Mount Butler Race stands for its history ( 1976 – 2017 ), it owns a unique course mixed with hills, trails, roads and steps and the distance is long enough and challenging which no other races can compare. The Mount Butler Race provides 70% uphill and downhill course distance for you to test your capability and to achieve a sense of satisfaction. Completing the Mount Butler Race will make you feel gratitude.

2017年香港長跑會 x SEAM第41屆畢拿山古蹟越野賽對本地運動員是重要的賽事。畢拿山古蹟越野賽經歷39年，是目前香港最有歷史價值和受歡迎的長跑賽。畢拿山越野賽賽道獨特，70% 路段是上，落斜路，山徑，石級，泥路，極富挑戰性。是沒有別的賽事賽道可以比較。畢拿山賽道全長15公里，是磨練跑步的操藝理想場地，完成賽程足以考驗你/妳的體能和令你/妳有滿足感。
